With all due respect to Mike he is truly a LEGEND...BUT a lot of them are businessmen because they witness what happened to YOU and how Don King Robbed YOU!

So Yeah after seeing that guys like Oscar De La Hoya learned the business side of things after leaving Bob Arum, then Mayweather did it and now Cotto.

Boxing is a Dirty Dirty Sports, nobody give a damn about the fighters well being not even the fans, once you retire their is no Pension to live off of, their is no medical coverage or any of that BS.

So while I get what Mike is saying, them being Businessmen is not a Bad thing at all, in fact I respect Oscar, Mayweather and Cotto for being Bold Enough to do it and to Know their worth and not just spend their entire careers making Arum Richer while he only gives them a small piece of the pie and this event to me shows how promoters screw fighters over BIG TIME

So after watching what Happened To Mike Tyson...These Fighters Would Be Complete FOOLS to not become Businessmen for their own Careers!

Yeah Mike you were a killer, but see what happens to a killer when at the end of the day the crook gets away with your money. Sure Mike you beat up on some bums & knock a smaller Spinks out and whatnot, but you were too ****** to see the guy hitting your pockets. Killer, huh???? I can't take that away from you but I damn sure could take your money since all I needed was to have a pretty girl for you & some coke. While you have fun I’ll be waiting for the pretty girl to put you to sleep & we all would come out of the situation with all your money fool....

He was no businessman alright, blowing away $350 mill and owing every penny he makes to the IRS.

I mean do people remember some of the bums that Mike fought lol.

I remember watching the Lewis Tyson fight, one of my first boxing matches, I was really disappointed in Mike, he gave up so easily after talking such a big game before to promote the fight, so I don't see where he thinks he can level any criticism toward Floyd or Manny.
I remember the "bum" Douglas beating the **** outta Tyson. I also remember he had excuses just like Pac.

Tyson is too dumb and a mental case in order to be a good business man. That's why his fortune is spent

....and now he's whoring himself out for small cameos in movies and being Dana White's lap dog.

Sit down, Mike. Both Floyd and Pacquiao rank higher ATG than Tyson.

Exactly who gives a **** if he was carefully managed, or his W-L record against HOF. What does any of that have to do with what he's quoted saying I'm the thread title.

Terrible Terry Norris. Man I loved to watch that guy fight. Hell that era was insane. Julian Jackson, Gerald McClellan, Mike McCallum, Terry Norris, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, and I'm probably forgetting a few.
