and some people are still trying to argue that Pac won more than 2-3 rounds.. lol

When you throw less punches than Mayweather over the course of 12 rounds, you're not winning anything other than one of the top spots on being the easiest opponent in like 7 years to beat.

It was a clinic. Floyd did EXACTLY what he said he would do. Pac didn't. He didn't know what the hell to do.

The amount of bias going around about Pacquiao is extremely frustrating and i feel like screaming at these idiots.

First of all, boxing stats don't mean a whole lot. Its very hard to see in real time what shots landed where and how clean. And very subjective depending on the angle of the viewer/counter.

Statistics in general can be a misleading quantity when not used properly, nevermind the subjective nature of boxing punch count statistics.

But seriously!!! Manny pacquiao landed more clean shots to mayweather than anybody in recent times. Mayweather himself acknowledged pacquiao had his moments and won rounds. How many times have you seen previous opponents like mosley, canelo, guerrero, ortiz, marquez land clean shots on mayweather and make him back up???

With all honesty pacquiao did well, he did lose, marginally, but it was a good performance against a very game mayweather. Pacquiao did not get dominated. If that's your definition of dominating, you haven't seen a real dominating fight. Dominating is mayweather vs canelo, mayweather vs marqeuz, mayweather vs mosley.

Are you honestly going to sit there and say pacquiao did as poorly as those guys!?!?

Jesus ***ing christ, as a diehard pacquiao fan i agree he did lose. But he did well, give a fighter some credit he tried to make the fight happen and mayweather was more defensive than usual.

When a guy has just forced Manny to basically reduce his punch output by half then i'll say yes, he did worse than a lot of the others. Here's why..

You have to judge each fighter in the context of what they normally do and Pacquiao got so far removed from his normal game it was incredible really. The others just did what they usually do but it just wasn't good enough. Pacquiao couldn't even do anything he usually does because he was outclassed too much.

So yes, Pacquiao did worse than the others.

Is that how great Floyd is where people get excited about landing a few shots on Floyd? Was it a big deal when anyone landed a shot in Julio Caesar Chavez? He got caught with one good shot by Shane Mosley and lost a few rounds with Judah and a few with Maidana? No one ranted about a few shots on Gatti or any other fighter which shows how good he is. A few good shots will never win an entire fight. Manny ought to be ashamed of himself for not throwing the 100 punches he usually does. Floyd made him fight at his pace because he was scared at that counter right. He knows it knocked him out. If he just showed up with bad intentions the fight would have been competitive. Floyd fought his normal fight but blame Manny for not being the brawler he usually is. They talked all that **** and failed to back it up. No cutting off the ring he got tired he was gun shy. Total disappointment on Manny and his team. Put the blame on the guy that didn't bring his A-game not Floyd who boxes like he does his entire career!!! He shouldn't always be the one who takes the fall because he makes his opponents look like amateurs. This is boxain't not MMA or a tough man competition. He had him on ropes and still couldn't cut off the ring! Pathetic on Manny and Fredfoe Roach!!!!

QUOTE=BIGPOPPAPUMP;15639320]Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been involved in 18 fights that went the twelve round distance. Manny Pacquiao came very close to breaking the top three rankings of fighters who landed the least amount of punches on Mayweather, who picked up a twelve round unanimous decision at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

2 more punches than Baldomir lol, the same Baldomir that they use as a reference point. Disgraceful performance for the hype surrounding what he was going to do.

True, especially if somehow Canelo can have a HOF or near HOF career and whoever he fights next does the same. Also he won't pull a Roy. Roy is fighting bums for peanuts while Floyd would retire before he makes anything less than 8 figures.
