The fight was a trademark Mayweather UD. It lacked excitement, but Pacquiao needs to acknowledge that the much better fighter won.

Seriously. One way or another they blew it. You have to expect that Floyd is going to fight in this way. All the ruminating the fans have done with Roach devising a flan using angles and constant pressure was literally the opposite from what I saw last night. I mean where was the urgency! The fight of their lives!!! Roach walked out like a deer in the headlights and during the fight gave no intensity or heart to guide Manny to victory. Right now unless Pac's rotator cuff is really torn, they need to earn a rematch

Pac knows he beat Floyd as he is the one who was in the ring with him. Floyd won rounds by running and not landing anything with bad intentions. And holding Pac for dear life when up close.

He needs to give Pac a rematch.

He landed shots that scored. Unfortunately i highly doubt an rematch is in the works, and i don't think anyone is willing to watch that borefest again. He's gonna do the same exact thing to Manny. I think you (and others) are misunderstanding why Manny said that, as remember he isn't fluent in English and I expect he said the quote in response to people asking why he never threw more punches, suggesting it wasn't easy to hit Floyd because his movement is excellent or because of Mayweathers style, he couldn't attack as he wanted, so really that was a compliment to Mayweather.

But just like with the post fight interview, his English is limited and people are forgetting that when commenting on what Manny said.

Highly doubt it was a compliment, He is listening to Roach, as we all know manny never speaks for himself. This was an excuse, cause it was used like 5 other times....i would love to believe the other angle you said, cause i lost a lot of respect for the little pinoy.

Ugly win by Mayweather who kept avoiding to fight, however a pro who knows how to score points & win. My observation is look at both boxers faces & tell me who had more bumps & bruisers - Manny got Mayweather in trouble a few times but not the other way around. After a 12 round fight Manny looked very fresh with no physical facial injuries, unlike Mayweather. Champ may have beat the system & scored more points to win but lost a lot of admires. Ugly win

I don't think he's lost any admirers. Mayweather fans and actual boxing fans knew what he was gonna do in the ring. I don think anyone who know anything about boxing would of thought differently. So you point is terribly invalid. Manny didnt look fresh, he looked flat footed and frustrated. Luckily in the world of boxing, bruises and fresh looking faces never win fights....Points, knockdowns, etc....wins fights.......He definitely didnt beat the system, he won't the fight the way we all knew he would...you sound like a butt hurt fan...and it makes you look lame...
