    Average scorecard of 314 people.

As you can see by the bars the overwhelming majority had Mayweather winning rounds 1,2,5,8,9,11,12. Those rounds were clear Mayweather rounds. 4,6 were clear Pacquiao rounds. That leaves 3 close rounds that even if you gave Pacquiao he still loses.

just rewatched it. found it a lot more enjoyable the second time. floyd completely stripped pacquiao of his tools. pacquiao's counter left was quick enough to hit mayweather a few times (buzzing him once), but he wasn't able to capitalise on it. he seemed utterly demoralised by his inability to hit mayweather cleanly.

      1 - floyd
      2 - floyd
      3 - floyd
      4 - pac
      5 - floyd
      6 - floyd (close)
      7 - floyd (close)
      8 - floyd
      9 - floyd
      10 - floyd
      11 - floyd
      12 - floyd

except i'm not one of those 314 people so what does that prove? appealing to the majority is a logical fallacy. i scored it a draw. there were rounds that were very close but pac's body punching and harder punches were better than floyd's very few clean punches and his good defense which a lot of the time he shouldn't have gotten credit for because clinching and bending below the waist don't fall in the defensive category since they are not legal. it would be like giving someone credit for clean punching for throwing low blows.

I scored it 117-111 for Floyd. Pacquiao just couldn't get into punching range. Feel bad for Manny, but if you think about it Floyd has been hounded by this Pacquiao thing for years, told he was scared etc. Whether he ever was or not, it's gotta feel amazing to have this behind him. And he deserves the credit.

I had it a draw or one round for Mayweather. I thought it was a great fight overall. Both fighters were overly cautious. I've never seen either one of them look like that. I wouldn't say they looked bad, but both weren't themselves. Floyd looked worse than Lara in the Canelo fight. Even his dad was pissed he wasn't throwing anything.

I like Manny. He's a good boy. So being the generous guy that I am, I gave him three rounds

116-112 to 118-110 is the range of reasonable scores.
                  That's exactly it.

Floyd won 8 clear rounds, Pac won 2 clear rounds. The other 2 were close enough to give them for either.

Very, very easy fight to score, anyone who had it closer than 116-112 can't be taken seriously.

No it wouldn't. Walking forward and punching fresh air whilst your opponent has already countered you and gone, scores 0 points and never has done.

sooo.... shane mosley and evander holyfield along with many others can't be taken seriously and you with your credentials can? What have you done in the sport of boxing that makes your opinion anymore meaningful and respectable than those who have dedicated their lives to the sport?
