It was to get from 135 to 147, to grab that massive Hoya payday.
Manny Steward nailed it during the commentary of Marquez II and Diaz.

Go watch the fights, and listen to Stewards comments on Manny.

Steward is a genuine Pacfan, and a genuine boxing expert..... when he was commenting he wasnt thinking about steroids, or trying to discredit Manny..... he was simply commenting on what was unfolding in front of him.

During Marquez II..... "Manny looks shopworn, hes been in too many hard fights, it might be time for him to retire".

During Diaz, only 3 months later..... "wow, the change is amazing, Manny looks revitalised, refreshed"

Pac then put on 15lb of muscle in 9 months whilst skipping through 3 divisions..... increasing speed/power, and doubling his punch output.

Making a massive weight gain, whilst increasing your punch output, is highly su****ious.

Before, Pac was a usual 600 punch fighter, so the 1200 that he threw against Clottey after making that huge weight gain......

The 40lbs that Pac gained throughout his career, is the second highest recorded weight gain in history..... second only by 1lb, to a guy who ended up at heavyweight, and who used steroids to get there. Just think about that willya, and then explain it to me, because.....

Then Pac killed the Mayweather fight by refusing blood tests.

I think I know whats up

I just dont agree that Pac is a complete hypejob, because steroids will only achieve so much, they wont make you a better fighter..... and Pac wasnt on anything when he fought Marquez the first 2x.

I'd love to know how good Pac really is, but if truth be know, he likely sits just above Morales/Barrera/Marquez/etc..... because I dont know if the latter part of his career is genuine.

Since Pac started blood testing, his level of opposition dropped badly, and he got outclassed by Mayweather. So, not sure really.....

I cant believe nobody touched on this post !

Nobody agreed, nobody disagreed..... nothing but crickets

I'm not gonna go on about it, because it has been done to death and nobody really cares..... but very curious why this seems to have been avoided, maybe it just got buried amongst the 2 dozen other Pac/May threads.

Fight-night weight has nothing to do with it.

              Nothing whatsoever !

Fight-night weight is completely irrelevant, and should not be mentioned.

The amount of conditioning and usable muscle-mass that you will take into a fight is determined at the weigh-in. Rehydration-weight, water-weight, fightnight-weight, or whatever you want to call it, is completely irrelevant..... and can even be detrimental.

BTW, what is theory about that post ?

That post = stated facts, added up, to form an opinion.

You can query the opinion, no problem, but not the facts.
