He landed 2 or 3 solid right hands in the first round and set the pace. When Pacquiao tasted a couple of those I think from then on he knew he wouldn't be able to just walk in on Mayweather like he did some of those other opponents.

Yeah I had him up 3-0 I did not expect that fast of a start to be honest. His jab set the tone instantly. Confusing fight though especially when you had the Crowd trying so hard to react to Pacquiao Punches

Mayweather also did a masterful job of not letting the crowd be much of a factor because they desperately wanted something to erupt about like when Pacquiao landed that left hand

Well fans shouldn't have asked for the fight.

The best thing they should have done PRIOR to the fight being signed, is say as a majority, "we no longer want that fight" Pac is old, cherry pick, not the same.

Instead they egged him on saying "Gayweather is still scared".

Pac fans / boxing fans need to be more clear in their opinions.

              Pretty much.

Manny heard all of the talk about Floyd's punches lacking power......he caught one in the first minute and it changed the entire scope of the fight.

People have said it for a long time, Floyd has sneaky power. Not enough to knock you out, but enough for you to know you can't take too many of em. That's why fighters end up throwing less punches, they're afraid of the counter. Manny was no different.

Exactly. It must be something to Floyd's power if people don't just bumrush in on him.
