SMH....by Boxingscene's standards....isn't this as sad as "no socks" Tim or "bad toe" Haye

#1 for him coming out and saying it after the fight, it looks very poor. Really, any time a fighter talks about an injury after a fight, it looks bad. But after a fight of this magnitude?

#2, if it was a legit injury, postpone the fight! What would be more disappointing to both fans? Waiting a little more and getting both fighters at 100% or having one fighter that can't go?

#3, again if it was a legit injury, why wouldn't you do everything in your power to ensure you could get a needed shot the night of the fight? Hey, if you guys didn't check the box, that's on your team.
... If really injured he should have fought like a mad man and tried to KO Floyd early -- I didn't see that...

Why is anyone surprised at this? For Morales he had 3 different excuses. His socks, the gloves and the drug testing. This is nothing new and shows how truly "humble" Pac really is.

I'm a Pacquiao fan, I think any serious boxing fan knows what he has achieved and just how highly he ranks all time but then again, the same fans knew what was going to happen on Saturday, Floyd was always supposed to win.

However, as a fan of Pacquiao, I have to call him out on this BS. There is no power on this planet that could have made an injured Pacquiao fight and there is noway he would not receive treat for his injury. Pacquiao went into the fight thinking he had God on his side, completely the wrong attitude and then he lost heart and stamina after the 3rd. Beyond brief periods of activity from either guy, neither man did enough to say they were conclusively better but Floyd did enough to show he can sneak rounds and win, plus he showed more heart, desire and fire.

Pacquiao let down millions of Phillipinos and his fans, for that he should apologise, not make dumb arse excuses.
