And LOL at anyone thinking that his punch output went down because of some injury.

His punch output went down because he was fighting the best fighter in the world and that's what happens when he's boxing and countering. Period.

But, I don't expect much from these fake boxing fans anyway. Go away.

I played enough sports to know that. Sometimes the smallest of things can affect you. Sure you can fight with the injury but you are at your best and you need to be as close to your best as possible when you fight at that level.
If he was really injured, Pac's team are a bunch of idiots and they conned the fans. Would anyone have protested if the fight was postponed by a month or 2 (especially ticket brokers )? Why would you send him out there knowing he was compromised? Just a bunch of goons looking to make some easy money.

No excuses are accepted. Not one.
In the last 24 hours I heard that injuries are no excuse and also seen people pointing to Compubox stats to show that Floyd was the big winner.

yet, when the name Castillo comes up, all excuses are good excuses. Then Floyd fans bring up that Floyd had an injury and that you can't go by Compubox stats. So those are 2 excuses too many according to you.

They should have taken no chances like Floyd did when he was injured against Marquez but they did say that they were feeling better compared to when the injury occurred.

but maybe they were also worried that if they did what you said, Floyd can pull out of the fight. Who knows.

So you think Pac threw less than slow ass Maidana in the rematch, where Floyd 'ran' and clinched like it was going out of style, solely because of what Floyd was doing? There's limiting a guy's output (like many expected would happen) and then there's what happened during that fight. Money boxed well, but not that well.

Pacquiao ate like 2,000 right hands while being countered by Marquez. He still kept coming at him and throwing punches, even when he was knocked down in the 4th fight. He was always a guy willing to eat some leather coming in to try to get to you. Didn't really seem to be hurt by anything Floyd threw at him.

But maybe the Marquez KO had him gun shy? Not really buying it though. He's lost, been KO'ed even before that.

I was expecting somewhere in the neighborhood of 600-700 thrown from Manny. He landed less than Maidana in the rematch and Floyd 'ran' and clinched much more in that fight.

Something was clearly off with Manny and I don't think it was Mayweather's mythical skills.
The bold is hilarious to me.

Knowledgable posters have been saying that would happen for years.

This knowledgable poster also said it immediately prior to the fight.

If Mayweather can control the distance, he will control the pace of the fight, and most likely win hands down.

Pac will need to outwork Mayweather, which will be a big ask.

And Pac outworking Mayweather will not come down to stamina, like many have suggested..... it will come down to Mayweathers precision, when controlling the distance.

If Mayweather can handle the pressure, by controlling the distance with precision, Mannys output will plummet making his job much harder.
Some of you guys have no idea what you saw in that fight.

                Funny shht.

It would be classier to give Mayweather his props.

Furthermore, injury or not, it was still a close fight. Floyd did nothing that amazed me in that fight. He was also tentative in this fight.
                  It really wasn't.

It was competitive at times, other times it wasn't.

                  It is what it is.
