Blaming a fighter for not standing still so someone can hit them is lame.
Not blaming him, As I said, I can clearly see Floyd winning it, but if you read what I had to say, He didn't bring excitement to a super fight. He could have but he chose not to.

He didn't engage, hence, boxing will be a niche sport again. This fight was a potential spring board to bringing boxing to the forefront, but as I have been reading.. It actually felt people were robbed of a good fight. Sad but true.

As pacquiao said, They have both the responsibility to put on a show, after all they are being paid to give the fans their moneys worth.

Floyd didn't deliver. He kept it safe.

    Boxing lost today.

This is what's bad in boxing. Mexicans love their fighters because they go toe to toe and show courage and grit, hence they are the biggest boxing fans out there. Floyd style just is not likeable by most fans.

He doesn't KO, He runs, He pot shots, and doesn't take risks, recipes of a a boring fighter to people who want to see excitement and blood.

Hence, boxing is losing out to UFC. Truth hurts. This fight proves, that being too defensive is distasteful to fans, and they are feeling robbed.

They wanted a super fight. But as expected Floyd won't give that exciting fight coz he really loves to run and duck and it is boring to most.

A super fight like Ali- Frazier was about mano-i-mano. It was exciting, it was to fighters trying to prove their machismo. Floyd didn't even try, he just ran lol

This is really a big blow to boxing. This might be the last super fight of fear that fans will just see a boxer bore them to death again and burn their hard earned money. I think this will be the last of the era of super fights unless, 2 great fighters who aren't defensive minded come clashing in the future. I hope that is the case. IF another Floyd comes along.. That will be sad for boxing. Floyd had a chance to put boxing back to the top, but he took the safe route and bored the majority to death. I didn't, but most did.
I guess that answers the question of where the pact4rds will go after Pac gets humiliated by Mayweather.

I believe Manny was injured and that it affected his performance but I don't believe he would have won either way.

He is an intensity/volume fighter who lost his intensity/volume years ago. Time to ride into the sunset.

TO be respected you need to fight. Sadly Floyd played safe, and the boxing world felt ripped off.

As FLoyd loves to say, 'HIGHWAY ROBBERY BABY!'

Floyd didn't get the respect of the boxing fans. As proof when he rasied his hands he was booooed by the majority of the audience. Respect is earned, and he didnt get it.
It is amazing that Floyd was able to land so many punches considering he was running all night. Maybe it was Manny's fault for being ineffective? Or maybe Floyd hit him enough time to slow him down. Manny had Floyd in the corner multiple times. Did nothing with it.

Well he lied about this injury and i think he lied about not feeling any power from Mayweather.

After Mayweather clocked him with a few right hands in the first 2 rounds, Pacquiao was very apprehensive to throw, just like Canelo, Guerrero and many many before them. Canelo is a big strong guy and he wasn't too keen to get inside with those counters hitting him. Mayweather just doesn't sit down on his punches but i believe Manny felt something he didn't enjoy too much. Maybe having flashbacks of the Marquez KO. Who knows what goes through their heads in the ring.

It's not a coincidence all these guys punch output drops significantly surely?

If Mayweather kept it safe, what the hell did Pacquiao, who threw even less punches, do? Pacquiao didn't really take any risks, even when it was clear he needed a knockout. Throw some salt his way for the fight not going the way you wanted.

HIs right shoulder was damaged before the fight. He couldn't even throw his right hook, right jab, right cross effectively. I am very sure that played a big role in his performance.

This isn't an alibi, coz they have records to prove he had an mri before the fight.

He was running and running how the hell can pac punch? I thought i have explained that thoroughly that Floyd didn't engage that much.

Add the shoulder injury. The 13x blood tests, the judges, the referee.. Floyd wins.

He looked absolutely fine whipping vicious right hooks in the dressing room warming up. Go watch it back.
