when they talk about manny they'll talk about how much of a warrior he was in his prime while moving up weight divisions, but when they talk about floyd they'll say he was the unlikeable guy who did just enough to win in boring fashion majority of the time.
    This is awesome.

I can't believe alot of Pac fans are gonna pretend Pac actually won this fight. Why not just use the normal excuses

      Manny was old
      Manny had injuries
      Floyd paid Manny off

Are we really gonna pretend Manny won?? Even Arum and Roach hinted at Manny not winning, and we all know that Hbo, Lampley and Kellerman let Manny their own guy have it.

[QUOTE=BennyST;15636202]You, my friend, are a completely biased, illiterate moron.

The funniest thing being that you just raved about offense and Mayweather not throwing punches, being just defense and nothing else....BUT....BUT...GET THIS.....

Floyd Mayweather threw more punches than Manny Pacquiao. All that stuff you just said? All flies straight out the window.

Floyd threw more punches all up.

            Floyd landed more punches too.

Floyd also got hit with significantly less.

Threw more punches. That's what you said should be the focus right and what should win you the fight? Well,a Floyd threw more, so you've just inadvertently admitted you think Floyd won. Not what you set out to do is it? Haha.

Second; the ring is the same one that has been used by both fighters in many of their previous fights, Pac vs Marquez IV was fought using this ring, and it's a 20 foot ring, not 25 you ******. You're just making **** up. The ring is 24 feet, all up. They fight in the standard 20 foot ring and with a two foot apron. 20 foot ring, 24 foot with apron. Absolutely normal sized ring that Pac has literally fought most of his recent bouts in. It's the exact same ring.

Defense has always been as big a part of boxing as offense. It's just harder to do, so most focus on offense. Boxing at its core is 'hit and don't get hit' in equal measure.

Floyd hit manny and didn't get hit as much in return. That is boxing at its best. If you throw a punch and it misses everything and just hits the air around a fighter, it's no different than having not thrown a punch at all. If it doesn't score, it means absolutely nothing. So all those punches that were missing were as good as if Pac hadn't even thrown them...a missed punch is a useless punch.

You're just full of ridiculous bias, but you don't win fights by missing punches. Mayweather landed more punches. It's that simple. Pac could have thrown 2000 punches, but if a Mayweather still lands more because Pac missed all of them, he might as well have throw only the few he landed, because the others did not land. That means they were not scoring. They were useless. It's not usually a hard concept to grasp for a noooormal adult.[/QU

The bigger man ran all night Freddie.

That said, the swing rounds or the close rounds were all given to the hometown boy. Give it to Pac it could have been a draw or even a win for Pac.

The heavier telling blows was pac's all night vs Floyd's pitty pat punches.

And was the effective aggressor who was pushing the fight.

If Pac didn't push this will even be more of a stinker of a super fight.

Give the swing votes to Pac. This would have been a draw or even a win for Pac.

Pac has an argument. He was landing the more telling blows as to what Holyfield and Mosely saw as well.

This is why many fans lose interest in boxing as fans want to see the best fighters face each other when both in their prime.

Tennis is popular as there is no hiding place, the best face the best.

In football (soccer to you) the best face the best.

In UFC, the fights the fans want (happen).

Mayweather may well be the better boxer and I'm not a passionate manny fan, but because they never faced each other in their prime then there will always be that question mark over who would have won.
No, it is always open to excuse-making, which you have done !
