All in all i thought i was a good, almost great fight. Manny buzzed Floyd a few good times.. i thought Floyd gave a few rounds away laying on the ropes and letting Pac unload on him. Still, Manny was too tentative at times and should've been far more aggressive, he was just too small in there. Floyds ability to good and even great fighters look average is undeniable. He's the best defensive fighter all time and unfortunately thats not gonna be appealing to masses who want Tyson like KOs.

Im not sure where Floyd goes from here.. There's only a few months to decide.

Mayweather is the MASTER of controlling "TEMPO" on top of his Defense.

For years "Manny Work Rate! Manny Work Rate! Manny Work Rate!" well he literally took that away. Now of course Manny had a few moments in which he landed a few good shots but the gameplan was PERFECTION.

Also Roach I'm going to be honest, with respect to him I wish him nothing but the BEST with his Battle against Parkinson but Roach is not a good Strategist at all. What he does well is get more AGGRESSION out of fighters but as far as the Technical Stuff in Boxing that is not his style at all. I will be honest, I don't know WTF Pacquiao Strategy was, he really couldn't do ANYTHING besides land a few good punches and that was mistakes that Mayweather was making like staying against the Ropes too often


As most already knew (even the biggest Mayweather haters), Mayweather is the better Boxer so if you don't knock him out....YOU LOSE. Also Roach depended too much on Mayweather "Not Having His Legs Any More" and "I Hope He Doesn't Run" instead of coming up with a Gameplan. Also Pacquiao is AWFUL at inside fighting, he doesn't even TRY inside.

Did Pacquiao not employ enough footwork and movement, or was Mayweather just that fast on his feet that he made Pacquiao look slow and simple on his feet. Mayweather footwork and movement is insane, and Pacquiao looked to just be coming in a straight line. By the time Pacquiao brought the followup punch Mayweather moved himself far, far away.

When you easily win about 10 of the 12 rounds you pretty much dominate the fight.

Except he didn't win 10 out of 12 rounds. He probably won about 7 or 8.

Credit to Floyd... But this fight made me wonder what the fight would have been like 5 years ago. Oh well. Pac would have had a better chance in 2010. 100+ punches a round and being unpredictable. This fight was like Floyd vs Canelo. or Floyd vs. Jmm.

Floyd handled Pac like he did Marquez. Just smaller guys with less reach and height. Floyd control distance.

Pac had a few moments. But his workrate and stamina just isn't the same.

I didn't like Pac saying he thought he won. He needs to rewatch the fight and retract that statement and apologize.

You guys are pathetic. Roy and Bhop were not ranked no.1 and no.2 .. Manny was humiliated by a superior boxer. In 2010 Floyd was even better, it woulda been a massacre. And the only reason we didn't see it was because Manny feared the needle.

Manny was a monster back in 09,10,......fck otta hear....Floyd even said that he waited to make the fight now when it made more money and had less risk

This fight was bullsht...just like Floyd vs CAnelo......Floyd fought Canelo knowing he had no chance...he was green, flat footed, .....Fought Pacqauio after he losing power/speed, being knocked out.....Floyd is one of the best....but lets be real everytime he fights somebody its only when he has a 90% chance of winning......I hate to sound like a hater or whining....but ngga i just paid 100.00 for this bullsht

But he had his power and speed against Algieri. .and that fight wasn't too long ago. .smh, why cant you see Floyd disarmed him with precision counters, had him timid because he didn't wanna get hit.
