He did, but it doesn't change the fact Pac looked small, compared to his other WW fights were he had a wider fame. Look at the Cotto and Margarito fights, his body grew into the division. In the ODLH fight his speed was the fastest in WW coming up from 135, so maybe that's what there aiming for.

if i remember right what he actually said was that the blood tests would affect him more, because he's smaller

How is he giving tickets away? Didn't stun say he wouldn't allow that? And why is he on record as only getting a 25 million dollar check?
