What is this Teddy Atlas curse I keep hearing about

I keep hearing people say that Teddy Atlas picks usually don't turn out to be correct. I usually don't focus on is fight picks, but is it true? Are his picks a jinx like the Madden cover or is it just pure coincidence.

Unless he changed his prediction recently, I recall him picking Pac when the fight was first announced. At the time, he thinks Pac is the fresher of the two considering Floyd fought a tough fight in Maidana back to back.
