Crawford is overrated and if he ever fights Matthysse he doesn't see the bell.I think a ton of people are getting caught in the Kellerman hype that he seems ready to leap upon any slightly above average black fighter without a moments hesitation.

Agree with everyone else here. Crawford loses wide unanimous decisions to both guys. He was getting beat by Gamboa until his size and power advantage took over. He was also in a close fight with Dulorme until the KO. He's a good fighter, and it'll be interesting to see him develop as we go along, but they're trying to sell him a little too hard right now imo. If he fights Matthysse it's a 50/50 fight.

          I cant stand Larry Merchant.

A more ignorant man, could not be found, imo. Shockingly ignorant really.

In saying that, I dont have too many problems with what he said.

          When..... IF..... could.

Three variables that will take another 2 years to materialize.

Then, Merchant COULD be right..... we will see.

Crawford should be targeting the likes of Matthysee and then look for someone like Kell Brook.
              good post bro !

your reasoning behind the " easily " comment

                or

your opinion that Pac can still KO someone

Merchant carries around two pieces of paper.

One is a list of fighters that he likes, and the other is a list of fighters that he does not like.

Dulorme, Beltran, and Gamboa, are not on either of those lists

                    Brook and Thurman beat Crawford.

Possible for Porter, Bradley, Matthysse, Khan, and Maidana to beat him too.

I think that Crawford is a cracker, a real talent.

But yea, way too soon to start talking shht like that.

Anybody who had done Merchants job for as long as he has, would know better..... unsure as to why Larry himself doesn't know better..... crazy.
