2 Celebrities putting thier money where their mouths are. $250k bet

Puffy and Mark Wahlberg have wagered $250k on the winner of Pac/Floyd. Puff originally wanted to bet $100k but Wahlberg is so confident that he raised it and Puff up'd it to $250k.

Diddy certainly isn’t pulling any punches when it comes to putting his money where his mouth is ahead of the mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.

That is like an average person betting 25 cent on the fight to them

Mark was better off betting that money in Vegas given that Pac is the underdog. Guess this is just fun and games for 2 multi millionaires. Makes the fight that much more interesting for them.

          A 1:1 bet for Pacquiao?

He should have bet with the casino where he can get 3:1

That's supposed to be the case. Instead of just saying Mayweather would school Pac, or any of that nonsense. You can't even bet your worthless e-points let alone 20 bucks. It just means you're talking out of your ass and don't really mean what you say.

Bet and win $250k at the casino, the IRS takes their cut. I wonder what happens if a private bet of this magnitude is made public. Is it even legal?
