Look at baltimore, who cares. 16,000 empty buildings, high crime rates, no leadership. Let the city burn. No one cares.

Nice attitude... coincidentally one of several reasons many cities get this way. Here's the deal... these folks living basically in a hopeless environment, and they see no escape. And they witness cops harassing them. The media rarely comes around to film the poverty to draw attention to it so maybe some solutions can be discussed.
