It was just something to distract Pac before the fight, a way to have him in court instead focused on the fight.

Mayweather decide to go chop wood logs to get a workout in the last episode. I doubt it was part of Ariza's regimen. Mayweather still does his own strength and conditioning. This Ariza thing is just a mind game to play with Pacquiao.
yes, there's footage of alex standing next to floyd while floyd is doing the work. ariza usually just stands there even when he was with pac.

manny would be doing the work while alex stands there and offer advice, etc. there was also another footage of floyd swimming and ariza was there also.

Freddie has said that he's only had 2 fighters that he believed used PEDs/steroids under his watch. Those fighters are James Toney, and Justin Fortune. Freddie slams Ariza for "suspect" shakes, fires Ariza, but he hired Justin Fortune. It's funny that no one is mentioning that little factoid. In fact both Ariza and Fortune have filed lawsuits against Freddie, but I don't know what happened to the Fortune lawsuit. As far as Ariza's lawsuit, stay tuned.

"He used to give Manny [Pacquiao] a drink every day before we worked out and I asked him, 'What's in that drink,' and he would never tell me"

              Freddie the joke coach roach.

The value that a S&C adds to a camp is well-documented, and not new.

I dont really like Ariza, but by all accounts he is a superb S&C coach.

So, it stands to reason, Ariza will add quality input into any camp.

The problem is not his work ethic/ability, it is his tendency to want to operate above his station.

By all accounts, Ariza was a great coach for Manny, but was not a positive influence on the team as a whole. That is likely the problem here also.
