It is pretty odd that USADA has tested Manny that many times, while Floyd has barely been tested.

Maybe its payback for Manny refusing to use them and using VADA twice? Why would they test a man randomly taking blood 8 times, kinda excessive for an 8 week training camp. Plus someone said they can test Pacquiao on fight day, up to an hour before the fight.
