Ok Mr Professor, how much of actual boxing training has changed since 1974?
You're telling me fighters didn't know what to eat, how much to eat and the importance of protein in the 1960s?
Fighters don't do long arse runs anymore? Do you even know the training regimens of modern day fighters, pro and amateur?
Fighters didn't lift weights back then?
    How has sparring changed?
Is throwing a punch different now?
Do fighters use defensive tactics only devised in the 21st century?

You say fighters are bigger now...apart from a handful of heavyweights who are 6'4''+ what other fighters are bigger now? In fact, welterweights are smaller now compared to the guys who were 5'9'' - 6'1'' in the past. The two premier welters on the planet are currently 5'6'' and 5'8'', they would look like little children compared to Leonard and Hearns and Robinson.

Are featherweights now 6 feet tall?

Please answer those for me. Thanks prof!
