Exceptionally tough and talented Filipino southpaw Randy “Razor” Petalcorin who retained his WBA light flyweight interim title with a devastating first round knockout of Chinese challenger Ma Yi Ming on Friday in Beijing, China wants to fight WBC champion Pedro Guevara of Mexico and avenge the 1st round TKO loss to previously unbeaten Asian Boxing Council champion Richard Caveras in Sinaloa, Mexico last April 11.
