AMIR KHAN believes he WILL fight either Floyd Mayweather Jr or Manny Pacquiao in 2016. Mayweather faces Pacquiao in their long-awaited showdown to decide boxing’s pound-for-pound king at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Mayweather, 38, has said it is one of two fights before he hangs up his gloves – he is expected to box again in September as he aims to match the unbeaten 49-0 record of Rocky Marciano.
Khan faces American Chris Algieri in New York on May 29 and cannot fight in September because he observes the ****** holy month of Ramadan.
But Khan, 28, has not given up hope of facing five-weight world champion Mayweather and if he misses out he is confident of fighting his former sparring partner Pacquiao in November or December.

Well, Flroid says he will retire in September after losing to Pac. Pac said you are nothing more than a second rate sparring partner. Guess that leaves you to beating up on more water bottles in camp.
For the record Khan has the talent and physical gifts to beat both Floyd and Manny.
That said.........he is dumb as a rock if he thinks Algeri, who is somewhere smiling at his bank account after somehow landing three big fights, equates to Floyd or Manny.
If Floyd beats Pac convincingly, he'll probably fight Khan (so long as he beats Algieri).
A Floyd-Khan fight was seriously considered in the lead up to Maidana. Khan having a few wins between now and that time won't have damaged his chances.

Khan can't fight in sept because of Ramadan and beating three feather fisted punchers in a row should lead him and his fans to lsc status and be banned from sport

Khan does NOT sell tickets, his popularity is a myth. Other than a few die hard fans he's lost credibility amongst the boxing community. Speed is not enough to cover a paper thin resume.

Correct.
Khan isn't getting Floyd in September without having Brooks' title as a bargaining chip.
