Much worse than a defensive fighter like floyd. Defensive fighters in ufc can use lateral movement catch fighters coming in and prolong the match an attacking fighter like pac charges right in gets taken down and stopped.

The thing about UFC, there is not really any good match making. Say you put Pac first against some fighters that are more of a stand-up fighters just so he can get his feet wet. Have him a couple of tune-ups like that, a few training camps where he could learn. Not throw him in with a wrestler like Couture in his first fight.
