Why does NSAC even have clauses about exercising penalties on anything greater than a traffic offense if they just say "the courts have done their jobs already"? It's because those laws just don't apply to Floyd but to everyone else, that's why. It's because he keeps them fat and happy.

What does who they interviewed have to do with police records and court documents?
