The man deserves a level of respect above what was shown here especially as he allowed ESPN cameras along with Stephen a smith to shadow him for 7 hours.

So Floyd is a prolific serious woman beater and no one should root for him? Then how come he has only faced jail time on one occasion?

Pretty much.

Look at the history of boxing and you'll find fighters that have done far worse. Mayweather was punished. If you feel so strongly against Mayweather still being allowed to fight you won't be watching May 2nd will you?

Domestic violence is a worldwide reality which I personally don't condone.

But I understand.

Even though it has a vast history dating back to pretty much the beginning of time, there are man made laws that result in the punishment of the guilty.

If there is video or still picture evidence, then the punishment should fit the crime. Even more so if there are witnesses to corroborate the assault.

But let's not pretend that females don't play their part in the assault of their husbands and/or boyfriends, acquaintances, etc., and get punished as well.

It's not really about that, it's about governing bodies of the sport, and even the courts doing their job properly. The man gets a pass and no suspension when the likes of Ray Rice receive heavy punishment, and gets a delay to his prison sentence to perform in a sports event.

That's what they're highlighting here.

There was clear video evidence in the Rice incident, plus his wife refused to charge him. Hence no heavy punishment.

One time is one too many, Pictures are not necessary there was evidence being that he pleaded guilty and took a plea deal not to only hitting his ex but also that he threatened two of their children, then ages 10 and 9. I wish they would of had put him in general population, no real men will ever root for him.
