HBO needs go to Michel and make him an offer he can't really refuse, if they are going to play my way or the highway they need to make my way the worthwhile one. Main Event doesn't have the money or pull to get this done so their backer needs to get this done.

If HBO wants the fight it can happen, have someone above their boxing guy with real stroke in the company hammer out the deal. It is not impossible for big fights that there are no substitute for, it would take some time given the sides issues.
