I think we are at the point where the reason behind a lot of what was posted is becoming clearer.

Those that really were mad for purely boxing reasons, they immediately got on Duva/Kov even if it wasn't as harsh as they did pimp/haymon.

The others-well they have suddenly found the ability to forgive.

Because they don't like Stevenson and they don't like Haymon. Haymon is connected to Floyd and taking sides with anything Haymon related is like teaming with Floyd to them which is the most de****able thing that they could possibly do.

Don't forget that Stevenson doesn't only get network money, but also a cut of Canada ppv and gate money, both highly dependent on opponent choice
huh? they'd make a responsible bid means they wouldn't beat PBC/Michel. This means everything you posted before about 50/50 on HBO being the best offer is ridiculous.

Huh? Your basically approving of them screwing Kovalev by cutting costs. Kovalev is the one taking a punches and taking his own blood. Does he not deserve the maximum amount of money available for fighting the lineal champion?

They had the contract in place in Nov 2014 when she asked WBC to make Kov the mandatory. So why wasn't the HBO deal an issue at this point?

And another thing. You know you done ****ed up right?

Roc Nation didn't mind taking on heavy losses early on and bid the shit out of Quillin Korobov. But Bidding against Roc Nation would have bought Haymon down and he isn't in that business. He should make a more responsible bid. So Quillin backed out of that fight.

And you all KILLED QUillin for that. How is this any different? A fighter turning down the most money he's ever made AND a shot at the lineal title? Quillin turned down a meaningless paper belt against a no name.

                That's the whole point.

Michel knows Duva isn't leaving HBO for the fight, so she isn't going to a purse bid.

So it doesn't help them to keep their number secret if he really wants the fight.

He can get a number from Haymon and go to HBO and Duva and say...this is our price for the fight, if you can't match it there's no deal.

Then why ask for it in the 1st place Mitchell?

                    $2,250 isn't maximizing money.

Arum probably could've/would've matched or exceeded it if he knew the number.

As has been detailed, she did this before the PBC announcement.

But she didn't ask for the purse bid.

                      She wanted a negotiation period.

Michel is the one who wanted the quick purse bid.
