The best middleweight in the world is simply Jermain Taylor. He beat Hopkins twice, and even though they were close fights, being in a close fight with Bernard Hopkins is an accomplishment in itself. No one had been able to win any rounds against Hopkins, and Taylor won enough twice to get the benefit of the doubt. Taylor has a great jab, upper body strength, health, and punching power to beat anyone at 160. He is physically strong and young, he is gonna be champ for a while.

there is no doubt winky is an accomplished fighter. hes got some good wins and beat sugar shane twice (even though the 2nd fight was prety damn close.) but he's also had some losses earlier in his career (vargas, vasquez) where as taylor won the big fights he was up against. i must say winky has been avoided and nnot been given some big fihgts that he deserved because of his defensive southpaw style and fights that don't excite some fans but regardless taylor won some his fights early in his career where as wright lost a couple big fights - close on the scorecards or not. taylor has had more success

Winky's only fought twice at middleweight, beating Felix Trinidad and Sam Soliman. But Taylor has beaten Hopkins twice, as well as Joppy. Wright may be the best boxer at 160, but Taylor is the most accomplished at that weight division.

Arthur Abraham is a young boxer who will dominate the division in the next few years.

I'm more impressed with Miranda then Abraham. Many thought Abraham lost to Eastman, Miranda was the first man to stop Eastman.
