    Comments Thread For: Mayweather-Pacquiao Weigh-In Ticket Information

    LAS VEGAS - The official weigh-in for the world championship matchup between Floyd "Money" Mayweather and Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is set for Friday, May 1 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Due to the expected demand for access to this event, fans will be required to purchase a ticket ahead of time in order to attend the weigh-in. All funds raised through ticket sales will benefit Susan G. Komen and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health on behalf of the promotion.

    Tickets for the weigh-in are priced at $10 with a total ticket limit of 10, and are on sale Friday April 24 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT. Tickets can be purchased through the MGM Resorts Call Center at (866) 740-7711 or at any MGM Resorts Box Office.

        Don't really know why weigh in is being charged but it's simply F'd up. We know Top Rank doesn't have much say, so who's decision is it? MGM/Mayweather Promotions. My prediction for this fight is that Pac is going to knock Floyd out in 5 rounds--knock the greed out of all of them once and for all.

          For THIS fight $10 is reasonable, i wish it was free but I can imagine the crowds...plus it eliminates people having to stand for hours just to get in..and then waste a part of their day sitting around until 3pm when they take the scale.

                When it was first announced that they would charge for weighin it was arums idea actually I know someone can pull up article nsb posted about it
