It wouldn't have had the action of the Pacquiao fight, but Algieri wouldn't have won a second of it.

I actually think it would be more entertaining than most people think. Floyd's not dumb enough to just sit back, and let the guy jab him and run the whole fight. I think he walks him down, Ortiz/Canelo style, cuts the angles off from him, and wins a 9-3 type of fight. He'd pressure him to draw out some exchanges from Algieri to make him miss, and counter off that.

Floyd wouldn't fear his power, but he's still Floyd, so he's not gonna go all out JCC Sr. on him or anything.
