Mayweather vs. Pacquiao banned in 60 Seconds

http://m.bleacherreport.com/articles...-in-60-seconds Boxing fans have waited upward of five years for Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao to meet in the ring, but it took just 60 seconds for the May 2 fight to sell out.

According to TMZ's Anthony Dominic, every ticket for the event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas was sold within the first minute after being made available to the public Thursday:

Probably sold out before they ever went live on the site.

I'm still confused about these tickets. Only a few hundred or so were going to the public, what happens to the others? Who are they sold to?

Some will end up for sale on broker sites for 5x value.

Others will end up with high rollers and celebrities.

The rest will go to Mayweather/Pacquiao friends and family.

Of the 500 that went on sale, Stubhub probably got 450 of them.

The rest will go to the fighters, the casino, sponsors and promoters. All courtesy of Mr Mayweather who DEMANDED the fight be on at the MGM Grand. Thanks to him only 500 fights fans could see the fight. It could have been held at a much bigger venue or at a temporarily constructed stadium, but Mayweather with his demands made sure real fight fans couldn't see the fight.

The ringside seats will be taken up by some richs idiots who only want to be ringside to be seen ringside. (and their wives texting on their mobile phone throughout the fight.)
