He was at the Garcia-Peterson fight.
The answer seems almost certainly to be yes.

Probably just waiting out the non-compete clause from GBP before stepping back in and working with Haymon.

He's probably already involved with Haymon in some measure, even if it's not official.

Most of the bad Haymon matchups we got last year were done in part with shaefer. I wish things would go back to the ways odlh, Haymon and Richard did things back in 2013
