Can you imagine what a prime Holyfield would have done to him? Mismatch.
Holyfield was a guy known to be able to overcome massive physical or power disadvantages, but having average power himself and fighting a guy like Wlad...I don't know, prime Holyfield would be the toughest fight ever for Wlad compared to his opponents and not in terms of him being in danger of getting knocked out but simply the physical battle and fighting a guy that would keep coming at him, but I think Wlad wins in the end by a close decision or very late KO.

Prime Holyfield pushes his shyt in.
A great big fighter versus a great small fighter. I picked the big one.

Holyfield showed in his career that size doesn't matter. Ability wise he fought guys just as good as Wlad in their prime multiple times like Lennox and Bowe and proved he was never in a mismatch.

Never was he in a mismatch in his career. Wlad hasn't fought anyone like Holyfield and it would be a good fight, not saying either man would win. But mismatch? Please.

I only mentioned mismatch because the poster I was responding to did. I guess you missed that part.

Don't be silly, it's the angle!

Ones 6'2 the other is 6'6 of course there's a size difference!

Unless Holyfields steroids are now allowing him to gain height!?

I did see that, regardless. Still not a mismatch.

                    disagree.

holyfield was a cruiserweight when they weighed 190 lbs, and was a LHW in the amateurs. wladimir was at 201+ in 1996 as an amateur.

he filled out into a natural HW, but to compare hiim to one of the biggest HW we've seen at the championship level is a bit silly.

wait until wladimir stops training. he'll be 290 lbs in a year if he doesn't eat healthy.
