Why are people complaining about the WBO here? Did you even read the article?

It's not even a proper unification. The issue here is that the WBO refuses, rightly imo, to recognise a WBA 'Regular' title, which we should all applaud.

Whats the issue? If the WBA title in question was the recognised title (held by Payano) then yea, go ahead.

    Seriously, read the article

"The WBA's insistence that multiple belts in causes confusion??? While they have a"Super Duper" champion, a "regular" champion, and an "interim" champion

I bet if this unification involved Top Rank, it wouldve gotten the green light.

I don't really see why people have a problem with this. WBO is basically saying that WBA "reg" and "full" champs aint **** and only the "super" champ is the "real" champ.

Im with the WBO on this one. Fuck those "regular" and "full" belts.

they wont cry if they say the same lets say with.... GGG.

For example. If Lee wants to unify with jacobs, a wba title holder, and not GGG... wbo would say fuck that. You want unification, you fight the real wba champ.

Good. These regular titles are worthless.

If they disregard the regular title (which is good) they should rank the Regular Champion like just another contender.

I commend Top Rank... I mean the WBO, for refusing to sanction this bout. I wonder if the IBF would refuse to recognize Frampton vs. Quigg as a unification fight.

Everybody should recognize the WBA as the ****tiest organisation of them all with their "regular" and "super" champs. That belt has lost all of its prestige.

The WBO is good for calling the WBA out on their bull****.
