I figured it was probably because he was offered more money to not be trained be her. Give his excuse that "he's better defensively" I think that's exactly what happened.

With or without Wolfe he loses anyway, he's crap and Canelo is the better fighter.

Actually what he said makes perfect sense. If Anne Wolfe wasn't showing him technique, in other words he wasn't improving his boxing, then he needed to part ways.

Sure she had him in phenomenal shape, but there's much more to boxing than that. You need to build a strategy and game plan, and it can't always just be to come forward and destroy.

Because he won't be able to just come forward against Canelo without paying a serious price.

Another hand picked opponent for Canelo. I give him credit for fighting Lara and Trout but he went backwards by picking Kirkland. Understandable since he didn't look to hot vs Lara and Trout. They need a KO to impress and there is where Kirklan comes in.

Canelo, just fought the 4 best JMW's on the planet, CONSECUTIVELY !
