It'll disadvantage Floyd only if he decides to take it to the phone booth with Pacquiao.

Feldman did 1 Floyd fight back in 1998...Floyd knocked the guy out in the 3rd round.

I personally am pretty cool with this. Yes Bayless could be put under some scrutiny for how he refereed the clinching in May-Chino II but he is generally otherwise a good ref. They all have their good and bad points, it just depends who you prefer really.
That being said, if Bayless was to ref May-Pac the same as May-Chino II, being way to lenient on Floyd's behalf, then it wouldn't be as big a deal for Manny as it was Marcos. Marcos relied on that rough and rugged stuff being in his game, Manny does not. Chino benefited from being able to be rugged and raw the first time round with Floyd, the second time he was not allowed as Floyd was 'allowed' to hold a lot, therefore killing that chance Chino had, to a degree.
Like I said, even if Bayless referees this one like he did Chino II, it wont affect Manny's game like it did Marcos'. But still, hopefully there are no points of arguing from the officials influence. I hope Bayless is fair and the judges reasonable. We dont want this fight being tainted by such questions.
