Mayweather and his team have absolutely no respect to the average boxing fan. The tickets being sold in the secondary market to the highest bidders is an insult to all fans who've purchased a boxing ticket in the past.

It's hard enough to buy a ticket to the top events in the sport. At least give the fans a chance to go to the event.

I have a friend who will be going to Vegas, just to be there, but has no aspirations to get a ticket for the $ vs Pacman fight. He's sweating bullets because of the closed circuit tv restrictions that apparently will prevent establishments from transmitting the fight, and competing with the hoards of people who will be going "just to be in Vegas that weekend". He might have to stay at his hotel room (MGM!!) and ORDER the freaking PPV fight that's happening in the same building!!

As for whether TMT is making a mockery of the ticket process, I don't think so. I just think most if not all of the tickets have been sold through brokers to clients who can afford them, leaving overpriced crums for the rest of us (the 99.9999999%).

Floyd will NOT pull out, relax. He's never been as focused and as determined to beat anyone. My only worry is that he over-trained.

It's an almost guarantee that the fight will be the best selling PPV event in history, so relax. By itself, it will make FMJ the highest paid athlete for 2015, just like 2014, and we're not even counting the September fight.

Why do people care? Theres plenty of boxing fans that are going to be in Las Vegas. Some even, maybe not on here, plan to get actual tickets for the fight. This also effects the thousands hoping for cctv tickets. And we are less than 2 weeks away. People had hotels and flights booked and are now changing their minds. Even ticket brookers are pulling their orders back.

I don't think fans are worried the fight won't happen, its a guarantee it will. But this ticket situation? Wow I don't blame people for panicking. We don't know the whole story but in most situations, you point the blame on the promoters or lead promoter.

Floyd seems to be making sure everyone he knows that wants tickets gets them first. He is taking care of his people before everyone else. That's what people in this position do.

Hell, Bob 2 weeks ago after saying no one gets in for free said Ronda Rousey could get a ticket from him.

Floyd is a type of guy who'd buy many of those tickets that were supposed to be for the public.

He can certainly afford to buy them too.... I can foresee TBE chants coming from the nosebleeds.

Mayweather doesn't care about the common crowd in this fight, since majority of the fans are probably going to be Filipinos. He wants to make sure the playing field is evened out a bit, not because a crowd is going to make a difference in the fight but he wants to make sure the arena is not filled with boos upon his entrance and throughout the fight.
