Your simplistic ranting doesn't alter the fact that the fight would've already happened if Pacquiao would've done what he agreed to do now. they start boxing almost same age, Floyd older than Pac by 2 yrs but Floyd retired/vacationed for two years so they are just about even boxing age that is.

but

Pac has 15 more professional fights than Floyd so Pac is older than floyd in that sense.
