I'd say Vitali is probably the only one who quit on his stool even though he won pretty much every single round, didn't take any punishment and was not in any kind of danger. Something happened to his shoulder and he quit.

Racism? Maybe, but probably more like men letting competition make them ugly. I think Mexicans might be psyched out regarding quitting because so much attention has purposely been paid to it. It's easy to be psychologically duped, most especially when the difference between quitting or not when you're badly hurt and exhausted is so little. All we have to do is go back to what we were in the 80's and early 90's where Mark Breland said the Mexican opponent he KO'd was "a typical Mexican fighter, I knocked him down and he got up and came straight at me." I remember Mexicans being that way and that memory is what earned us our reputation, but now it's being diminished. I got this!

As to the thread question: Vitali Klitshchko
Mexico is not a race but I understand what you meant. I will keep an eye on this thread and report anything against the code of conduct.

Listen man, even white people experience racism. We have to get off this trip that racism escapes certain people. That said, there is NOTHING racist about a hispanic NOT rooting for another "hispanic" who quit on his stool last night.

Because some people elect to "feel" a certain way, does NOT mean that something is as per their convenient distortions. What we have in some of these "fans," is a weakness. They simply cannot TAKE it when someone is rooting against their guy. It's butthurt 101.

Again, it's NOT my job to give to root alongside someone else. If I think their fighter sucks... then he sucks. NO apologies.

Let's keep logic engaged at all times.

Pretty much anyone trained by Buddy McGirt in a big fight ever.

"Ok baby, we're ten rounds up on the cards and we've got him down four times. But you took a pretty stiff jab at the end of the round. For all I know it could happen again. I'm stopping the fight."

Hey man, I know you said you can "relate to Mexicans and blacks" for whatever reason, but do keep an eye out across the board. This is NOT a one way street on this forum when it comes to barbs going back and forth.

Racism and insults are TWO different things.

As for THIS thread: It's very simple: "fighters who quit on their stools?"

There seems to be a tactic used around here in which, some individuals seek to silence others based on their own inability to process differing opinions or sadly, applause for the opposing fighter. This gets distorted and tears are added for affect. This thread is a prime example of how this tactic is often employed via manipulation.

"Fighters who quit on their stools..."

Valid discussion in a boxing forum. If this hurts feelings... nevermind.
