After years of fighting much smaller guys, Jr finally ate himself out of middleweight. I remember seeing Chavez Jr fans taking solace in the fact that he permanently injured Martinez' knee when he knocked him down. Basically ruined Martinez career because he came in the ring with a 20-30 pound weight advantage. Now he fought someone his own size and got dropped and could potentially be permanently injured. I'm not the type to root for fighters to get hurt, but Chavez has been playing with fire for years and it finally caught up with him

Chavez went totally stiff legged when he got tagged. His legs go stiff and he starts to fall like a tree. Looks like a Looney Tunes cartoon or something. Too funny! Someone posted this in another thread and it shows his legs straightening out and he starts to fall back.
