Arlington, Texas - Ryan Burton catches up with BWAA Fighter of the Year Terence Crawford (25-0, 17 KOs to discuss his scheduled 12-round bout for the vacant WBO super lightweight title against Thomas Dulorme (22-1, 14 KOs) at the University of Texas Arlington. Rising star Crawford, 27, of Omaha, Neb., is coming off a dominating 2014 campaign which featured three successful defenses of his lightweight title, including a unanimous decision victory over Raymundo Beltran and a technical knockout against former titlist Yuriorkis Gamboa. Crawford moves up in weight to fight in the 140-pound division for the first time against Dulorme, 25, of Carolina, Puerto Rico, who will seek to use his height as an advantage against the shorter Crawford in the first world title fight of his career. either this kid is deserving of the hype or highly overrated..gamboa is one of may fave fighters..i had gamboa losing that bout bc i know how he is..a great boxer for a few rounds that turns all out warrior...crawford was getting outboxed bad by the much shorter guy..if gamboa stick to the plan he beats him i'm convinced...but then later gamboa rocks and gamboa is just a 126 blew up guy fightin at 135..i dont think that is supposed to happen...we'll see btw i'm black..if i can be critical of black fighters u can do the same for your race..peace

He was not getting outboxed bad, what fight were you watching? The first few rounds were competitive and then Crawford took over and dominated the remainder

It wasn't faster because you WERE WITH BOB ARUM. Though when he did get there he was fully prepared to stay there.

He was getting outboxed, good, bad, what ever you want to call it! Gamboa's worst enemy is himself!

why? After this fight he can fight the Provo-Matthysse winner which sets him up to fight Pacquiao for big $ next spring

Crawford seems a little edge, a bit nervous. This will be his biggest test yet. Believe me if he loses this contest he will move away from Arum to Haymon to get his career back on a fast track?

I'd be willing to bet that this will be an absolute snooze-fest and it will be that way likely thanks to Terence Crawford.
