On a side note, my dentist was replacing some bad fillings and he told me that I had very dense bones and should have been an MMA fighter. I asked him how he could tell that and he said he could tell from the x-rays and that my jaw bone was thick.
That sounds like BS. A regular dentist wouldn't use a bone scan X-Ray.

A regular DDS wouldn't be able to tell bone density from periapical or occlusal X-Rays.

The only way a DDS know about your bone density is if they are extracting a tooth.

But thickness is different from density. To determine thickness you need 3D cone beam scan. Which a regular dentist wouldn't have any need for.

He was drilling down through an old filling trying to get it out when he said this so maybe it had something to do with my tooth. He did have to give me like 5 novocain shots because I kept feeling the pain from the drill.

That's just what the dentist said to me, take it for what it is I guess. I didn't preempt him saying that, he was literally in the middle of making my tooth smoke from the drill bit when he said it out of the blue.

I'm sure he said it to you. It's just hard to see how he knew. He probably just liked you and wanted to keep your mind of the drilling.

yup, its why you see some of those old white dudes who got some huge ass wrists they could be 70 or 80 and they got big ass bones, its from hard work and doing a lot of phsyical things for years.

The older guys you see with thin bones and weak frail bodies are those guys who worked in the office and never worked out.

Here is an example of an old man with heavy dense bones.
