Look at Rosado, that mofoka is always rebuilding himself after every fight. You just have to be a tough, leave the wrongs in the past and keep moving forward type of mindset. That's how it works. I NEVER EVER carry what happens a minute ago with me, I leave it all behind and I am one of the most influential and powerful posters in the history of the internet. Promotional companies read my posts and I see them changing things.

It's all in the mind you have to believe in yourself than you must admitt your mistakes and correct them in the gym.

Honestly man, it's all ego. Someone can beat you and you can correct it but being a top fighter there isn't one guy who thinks anyone in the world can beat them. Even when they lose. Most guys look back on their careers and think they were just ******. Others carry it to the grave thinking at 70 they still could do it.
