Wach and his promoter are interested in the fight. It's an interesting matchup of two very tall heavyweights. Price has won four fights in a row since losing back to back bouts to Tony Thompson in 2013. Wach lost a twelve round decision to unified heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko in 2012. He returned last year after a near two-year layoff and has already racked up three wins. [Click Here To Read More]
Decent match up, but I think Wach will take this one.
Price has power and a ok skill set, but he tends to gas out, lacks heart and has a questionable chin.
Wach has a good chin so Price more than likely will not be able to take Wach out early, and we know Wach has ok power and good stamina to go 12 rounds.

I am taking Wach to stop Price in the late rounds if this fight is made.

Wach may well have the best chin in the division so Price's suspect stamina would be on trial in a fight where he'd almost certainly have to go the full trip to win, and although the Pole is as slow as a statue he's tough and determined and still has ambitions of his own. David Price might simply be too fragile for the pro game - the top end anyway - but he needs to find out if he has any future in the game and Wach would go a fair way towards providing an answer.

I'm calling it now, Price ducks Wach. He has been too carefully matched and been dropped by lesser men than Wach since he had the psychological breakdown against Thompson. Tiger can't even hit ffs, Wach has unquestionable power at the weight.

Expect to see Price avoided by Joshua and Fury still, we aren't getting any huge fights with him any time soon. Although I'd like to see Wlad fight Fury as soon as possible so Fury can get back to domestic fights against lesser opposition like Joshua, Price and Chisora, their are some competitive fights there between the four. Joshua would be able to establish himself properly then and emerge a more deserving prospect to fight Wlad then.

Yeah would love to see one of Price/Fury/Joshua face eachother. Price is the weakest of the trio but has enough power to take either of them out at the same time. Way more interested in that rather than seeing any of them take a beating from Wlad.

Probably best to keep Price away from Chsiora, he's not actually the firmest of chins and the potential of Price calling for a Joshua fight if he ever musters the courage could be interesting, he needs a fight to get himself into the running if Hearn is prepared to open his fabled cheque book or risk his latest cash cow against the big punching Liverpool man.

Has Chisora spoke since Fury pitty patted his face into submission ? I haven't heard him call for any meaningful or excitable fight.

Interesting test for David Price that will show how far along he really is in this rebuilding phase. I hope he is smart enough to insist on stringent PEDs testing.
