The stage is set for the first fight card in Ukraine this year, as boxers of K2 Promotions are back to the capital of the suffering republic. Taking the spotlight is 2012 Olympic heavyweight gold medalist Olexander Usyk (6-0, 6 KOs), who continues his education by taking on determined Russian challenger and WBO #15 rated Andrey Knyazev (11-1, 6 KOs) in a fight of not only sportive but also political ambitions. WBO #3 rated cruiserweight Usyk will put his WBO I/C title at risk against the Russian. The bout is set for ten rounds and will take place at the Kiev palace of Sports.
