In what was the best fight of last weekend, Rocky Martinez wrested the WBO 130-pound title from Orlando Salido in front of his Puerto Rican partisans in San Juan in what was a spirited battle. Now the focus is on doing it again. Salido has openly talked about it and the opposing side seems to have no objections.

But there is the issue of one Francisco Vargas, who is rated number one by the sanctioning body and was clamoring for the winner of this match-up. It's not clear though if Martinez has any mandatory obligations.

War Siri! I wouldn't mind the rematch but Martinez vs Vargas seems like the better fight to make at this point. Either Vargas vs Siri to land a shot against Martinez or Martinez vs Vargas/Salido II and we're golden
