With Top Rank he said there was verbal commitments, but he didn't like was what he was hearing back. - He said he would stay with Top Rank, but didn't. I guess he did lie or change his mind with Arum but he should know better than anyone get a contract you old fool.

Cotto was still figuring out what he was going to do with Top Rank/RocNation. Also, Cotto gets a voluntary be mad at the WBC not Cotto for taking it.
