majority of boxing fans think he lost to castillo 1 and maidana 1.

It's not really dabatable as far as officially losing goes, as I meant, but as you said, I thought Castillo beat him too. Maidana just didn't quite do it in my opinion. Even if he had, I think Floyd was beyond his physical prime in that fight as well.

On a side note, physical prime is not as big of a deal as it used to be. Hopkins, Floyd and the Klitschko's are testiment to hard work and dedication rendering results at an advanced age.

i think it definitely will affect Floyds legacy if he loses. Fans and writers have said he was afraid of Pac, and if he loses, not only does his "0" go, but his naysasayers are proved right.

Pac on the other hand has lost 5 times, 3 by ko, so unless he loses by some horrendous ko, his legacy has pretty much been written. If he wins, i believe his stature will shoot up and will be considered to be the best of this current generation of boxers.

A lot more on the line for Floyd imo.

I don't think it will define either's legacy, but if Floyd loses it will overshadow anything he has accomplished in his career given how he has labeled himself TBE and the way he has carried himself since he signed to fight ODH.

I just don't understand this whole Manny is fading argument. Manny is younger than Floyd!! So if anything shouldn't it be a younger invigorated fighter fighting an old veteran who's been at the top in his prime for nearly 20 years? Manny hasn't been around nearly that long and he's already fading? His prime only lasted 5 years? Is that what people are claiming? How pathetic. It's clear who used peds!

Prime has nothing to do with physical age.

To be fair, I think that Manny is less-prime than Mayweather, mostly due to his style.

I am not making excuses, Mayweather deserves full credit if he wins..... because according to Pac and his camp, Pac is better than ever, and he will knock Mayweather out..... and according to Roach, Mayweathers legs are shot.

Oh but it will define there legacy. It will finally determine who is the best fighter of his generation. That's of course if the fight doesn't end with some bull **** ass split decision like I suspect it will. But whom ever CLEARLY wins is the best because both are past their primes so it's equal terms.
