If Mayweather knew Pacquiao would turn down the fight over blood drawn close to the fight as you say and really didn't want it, why would he then offer a 14 day cut-off? Completely making the blood drawn close to the fight excuse irrelevant.

Floyd got what he wanted. His company doing random testing and got pacmans sparring/training thrown off. It happened and still could up to the fight. USADA "Floyd's company" so why not tell them to tamper with Manny's test results and have him come up positive ? Floyd can sue him for damages in terms of what he's not making in this fight/what he could've made fighting someone else and he could also get him for what he had to pay PAC for skipping the deposition in the case PAC had against Floyd ...
