Why 5million when Mayweather can get more then that if you fail a test? It is the biggest fight in history after all.

^^^This is what I'm thinking. If they have a clause in the contract which allows a $5million penalty for a failed PED test, what's to prevent filing a lawsuit in addition if the fight is called off because of it? If the clause doesn't state that the penalty is the only recourse that can be exercised, then a suit is still possible too.

Six weeks!? Is it even possible or feasible to get stitched up 6 weeks after suffering a cut or laceration? I would think that the healing process would be nearly complete after that period of time.
