Because 5 million clause is just ****** gamesmanship on their part and Mayweather knows that. There are far worse implications to either guy being caught cheating than 5 million.

We don't know if Pacquiao would have tested positive because he turned it down and he was working with Ariza. You aren't helping Pacquiao bringing Ariza up and accusing him.

the contract has been signed sealed and delivered already, they are not changing the contract. they are adding that 5 million more penalty.

and again i repeat arum knows about that 5 million penalty offer, why did he not sotp it right there and then and allowed to let it happen when he clearly knows they will get more than that if someone fails?
